Free email deliverability checker
Check any domain's MX, SPF, DMARC and blacklist status in seconds — and find out why a client's emails are landing in spam before they blame you.
Why agencies check this
When a client's form notifications or newsletters start hitting spam, the agency gets the call. The cause is almost always DNS: a missing SPF record, a DMARC policy left at p=none, or a shared IP that landed on a blacklist. These are invisible until someone checks — and they drift as mail providers change. Monitoring them means you catch a deliverability problem before your client's leads quietly stop arriving.
Frequently asked questions
What does this check?
MX records (can the domain receive mail) and SPF and DMARC (is the domain protected from spoofing). All from public DNS — nothing is sent.
Why isn't DKIM checked?
DKIM verification needs the domain's specific selector, which isn't discoverable from DNS alone. We check the selector-free signals (SPF, DMARC, MX) and are upfront that DKIM needs a manual check.
Why do client emails go to spam?
Usually a missing or weak SPF/DMARC record, a blacklisted IP, or no alignment between them. Fixing SPF + DMARC resolves most deliverability problems.
Sitefolio watches SPF, DMARC and more across your whole portfolio — with white-label client reports.
