1. Agreement

By using Sitefolio (the "Service") at sitefolio.io you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Sitefolio monitors websites — uptime, SSL and domain expiry, Core Web Vitals, on-page SEO and broken links — and generates health reports. Monitoring is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed to detect every issue or to be available without interruption.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.

4. Acceptable use

Only monitor websites you own or are authorized to monitor. Do not use the Service to attack, overload, or gain unauthorized access to any system, or for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles payment processing and applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout.

6. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per Lemon Squeezy's policies and applicable law.

7. Free tools

Our free checkers are provided "as is" and are rate-limited. Results are informational.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that monitoring will catch every problem or that alerts will always be delivered. You remain responsible for your and your clients' websites.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sitefolio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from missed alerts, downtime, or reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service; material changes will be posted here. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
