1. Who we are

Sitefolio (sitefolio.io) provides website-health monitoring. Contact: support@sitefolio.io.

2. What we collect

• Account: your email address and a securely hashed password (we never store passwords in plain text).
• Monitoring data: the website URLs you add and the results of checks run against them.
• Usage events: aggregate product events (e.g. a check was run, an account signed up) to understand and improve the funnel.
• Billing: payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy — we do not store your card details.

3. How we use it

To provide monitoring, send alerts and reports you configure, operate billing, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Processors

• Lemon Squeezy — payments & subscriptions (Merchant of Record).
• Resend — sending alert and report emails.
• Self-hosted infrastructure — application and database run on our own server; data is not shared with third-party analytics.

5. Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your account, sites, check history, reports and branding are permanently removed.

7. Your rights

You can access and update your information in Settings, and delete your account (and all associated data) at any time from Settings → Account. For any data request, email support@sitefolio.io.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed (bcrypt), traffic is served over HTTPS, and the database is not exposed to the public internet.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
